The Cry of the Children

A heartfelt poem about the cry of children for peace in a world of conflict.

The Cry of the Children

The Cry of the Children

The cry of the children

is heard as a plea

with their repetitive rhythm

in timbre cries

no war, war, war

They communicate to us

there as here

stop the war

create peace!

Family trees

of wars among ancestors

remind us:

leave life in peace.

No, war, war, war

The cry of the children

demands solutions

to this deceitful theater

of the world... lying

who continues to favor this circus?

The wise children

while crying remind us

no war, war, war

Let the angels

with their lutes and violins,

guitars and bells

surround the infants!

Not the infantry and weapons.

All united in high vibration

let's create and realize

now, here, and now

the spirit of love

let the children sing

let them dance and play

with contagious laughter

let them teach

how to walk in love

and the sweetness of Peace

Remember

You were a beautiful creature

enjoying Pure Nature

the caresses of water, of the sun,

of the wind, of flowers and animals

It's so easy to enjoy life

like a child

Don't let there be war

Establish Peace

Peace of heart

Peace, peace, peace in every breath

Yes, peace, peace, peace
